Request deletion of your City Link account
You can ask City Link to delete your account and the personal data tied to it. Deletion is different from logging out or turning notifications off.
From the app
- Open City Link and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the request.
What happens after a request
- City Link may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. Do not send your password.
- The account and associated personal data are deleted according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
- Information held independently by a third-party service follows that service’s own process.
A valid request is processed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This page does not freeze an account and call that deletion.
