Explore sports, videos and shows
These are the discovery categories in City Link. Watching the videos happens in the app. This page explains each category so the links are never empty.
Live coverage
Live matches open in the player when City Link has published a stream. If nothing is live, the app says so.
Events
Event collections group the videos that belong to one event, instead of listing every clip on its own.
Podcasts
Podcast shows are collections. Opening a show lists the episodes assigned to it.
Education
Learning collections can be named after a topic, person or programme. Each collection holds its own videos.
Films and series
Film and series collections keep related videos together.
News and daily updates
News can be a photograph or a video. Daily updates chosen by the City Link team appear on the app’s All tab.
