1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CITY LINK mobile application, website and related services (“City Link,” “we,” “our” or “us”).

City Link is operated by Sayyad Aawes Sayyad Akram, a sole proprietor based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing or using City Link, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the service. If you are not legally permitted to accept these Terms independently, you may use the service only with the legally required authorisation or supervision.

2. About City Link

City Link is a digital media and entertainment platform that may provide access to:

• Local news and updates.
• Cricket matches and tournament information.
• Available live coverage and replays.
• Sports videos and other audiovisual content.
• Podcasts, films and educational content.
• Event information and media coverage.
• User profiles and supported community features.

The features and content available may change as the platform develops. We will not represent a feature as available if it has not been implemented or released.

3. Eligibility and user accounts

You must meet the applicable age requirements and provide accurate information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account. You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.

You must not impersonate another person, create accounts through deceptive means or use a username that unlawfully infringes another person's rights. We may take appropriate action to protect accounts and the service where we reasonably identify misuse, security risks or violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use City Link for unlawful purposes.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate other users.
• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or intentionally harmful material.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other legal rights.
• Upload malicious software or use the service to distribute spam.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Interfere with the security, availability or proper operation of City Link.
• Manipulate views, likes, followers or other engagement metrics.
• Use bots or automated methods to misuse the service.
• Circumvent access controls or restrictions imposed by content providers.
• Collect or misuse other users' information without appropriate authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms restricts activity that is protected by applicable law.

5. User-submitted content

Where City Link allows users to submit photographs, videos, posts, comments, profile information or other material, the user remains responsible for the content they submit. You must have the rights, permissions and legal authority required to submit and share that content. You must not upload content that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity rights or other legal rights.

By submitting content, you grant City Link a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit and make that content available to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the features you use, subject to your settings, these Terms and applicable law. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to City Link. Any broader use, such as separate promotional or commercial use, must have an appropriate legal basis and any additional consent required by law. Where applicable, users may request removal of content through the available tools or by contacting support.

6. News, events, photographs and videos

City Link may publish original material, authorised contributions, interviews, event coverage, news, podcasts, films and other audiovisual content. Content may be subject to copyright, privacy, licensing or other restrictions. Users must not copy, redistribute, record, download or commercially exploit content in violation of applicable law, the rights holder's terms or restrictions imposed by a provider. Availability through City Link does not mean the content is free of copyright restrictions or that a user may reuse it.

7. Live coverage and third-party content

City Link may provide access to live events, cricket coverage, replays or other audiovisual content where the operator or relevant provider has the necessary rights or permissions. Some content may be delivered through third-party providers, including video-hosting or streaming services, and may be subject to that provider's separate terms and policies.

Availability may change because of technical issues, provider decisions, licensing restrictions, geographical restrictions or other circumstances. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every live stream, match, replay or third-party video. City Link does not claim ownership of independent third-party content merely because it is embedded, linked or accessible through the platform.

8. Intellectual property

The City Link name, logo, original interface, software, original text and other materials owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law or authorised in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit City Link's protected materials. Third-party names, logos, photographs, videos and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

9. Community features and moderation

Where City Link provides profiles, messaging, comments, follows or other community features, users must use them responsibly and comply with these Terms and applicable law. We may review reports of abuse, unlawful content, impersonation, spam, security concerns or other violations. Where justified and legally permitted, City Link may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account or terminate access to protect users, rights holders or the service. Users may report concerns through the in-app reporting tools, where available, or by contacting citylinkapp247@gmail.com.

10. Privacy and personal information

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the City Link Privacy Policy. By using City Link, you acknowledge that you have been given access to that policy. Any consent required by law will be obtained through an appropriate process.

11. Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their City Link account through the in-app account settings, where available, or through the account deletion page. We will process valid requests in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Certain information may be retained where there is a lawful requirement or other permitted reason. Account suspension or temporary deactivation is not a substitute for account deletion.

12. Service availability and changes

We aim to maintain a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that City Link or any individual feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, content-rights or legal reasons. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent before making relevant changes.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, City Link is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every news item, match detail, video, event update or other content will always be complete, accurate or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights, statutory warranties or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, City Link will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we may notify users of the reason for an action and provide a channel to raise a concern or request a review. Termination does not remove any rights or obligations that must continue under applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published at this URL with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or seek consent.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operator and the service, including applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to users. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
